Lodgico worked with us on our design and preliminary requirements for a Honka log home, advising and negotiating as things progressed. Any problems that arose were resolved with care and patience by the Lodgico management and their core team of builders, and the work and general presentation of the Honka trained Romanian team of builders was outstanding. We have now settled in our new bungalow, and wish to say how pleased we are with it.
We were not sure when we started out with the venture, what it would entail, but as we found out, the whole job was organised by you, from the planning stage through to demolition of the old bungalow, everything to do with the building of the new one, plumbing, electrical work, decorating and even the carpeting etc. We were always consulted regarding the choices of kitchen units, bathroom suites, paint colours, carpet and vinyl patterns, and much much more!
We found the workmen on site were all very polite, pleasant and helpful, even when they were knee deep in mud or freezing in the snow, any queries or worries we had were sorted out efficiently. Rob and Derrick were always on the end of the phone if we needed help, obviously there were a few ‘hiccups’ but these things were always sorted promptly by you and your work team.
Anyway, thank you all so much for our lovely, cosy new home – we don’t think at our age we will be needing another bungalow built, but if we do we will be back to see you!

I would not hesitate to use Lodgico on any future project, their attitude and ‘can do’ approach displayed at every level within the company made the build element of our project so much smoother. Considering the timescales from quotation to start on site along with a programme of works that from the outset seemed unachievable, Lodgico were able to complete on time with a high standard of workmanship. Lodgico’s quality and conscientiousness was matched by their attitude towards safety.
